Roofing & Solar · Tampa Bay, Orlando & Lakeland, FL · TradeUp client since March 2026Greentek Roofing & Solar covers Tampa Bay, Orlando and Lakeland — three metros, dozens of municipalities, and a homeowner base that starts searching for a roofer the same week a storm goes through.
We came on at the end of March 2026 and moved at the pace a company that size needs: a hundred videos out the door in five months, a 328-article library already ranking, and twenty-five city and county pages behind it.
The Challenge
Greentek covers three metro areas and sells two things at once — roofing and solar. A footprint that wide needs new video constantly and a page written for every market in it, at a pace most marketing teams cannot hold.
We built a content engine sized to the footprint. Video leads it: a hundred pieces in twenty-two weeks — crew features, project highlights, storm content, events and collaborations — shot and cut at roughly one every working day and a half.
Underneath the video sits the library. 328 articles now earn search impressions, covering materials, Florida building code, installation guides and local interest, and twenty-five dedicated city and county pages carry the brand from St. Petersburg to Sarasota County.
Paid media runs alongside it — Performance Max and search campaigns on Google Ads, plus paid social — and every channel is tracked to conversion in Google Analytics 4, so the monthly report shows measured key events rather than estimates.
The name itself was worth owning. Greentek, Greentech, Green Tek, Green Tech — homeowners half-remember it and type it their own way, so we made sure every spelling lands on the same company.

Views run more than double the reach.
A hundred videos in twenty-two weeks only matters if people watch them. Across the reels published since we started, views come in at 2.4 times the number of people reached — the signature of content getting rewatched and passed along.
Reels — views against people reached
Published since March 30, 2026 · Meta Business Suite
The Roof Daddy collaboration hit 3.9 views per person — the strongest ratio of the set, and a crew-personality piece rather than a job shot.
328 articles doing two-thirds of the work.
Greentek’s blog earns 1,800 of the site’s 2,750 search clicks. Not brand pages, not service pages — articles answering the questions homeowners type before they ever pick a contractor.

Website
Roofing is a research purchase. Before anyone calls a contractor they look up what underlayment Florida code requires, what a tar and gravel roof costs to replace, or how Tamko compares to GAF — and greentekroofing.com now has an article ranking for each of those.
328 of them earn search impressions today, and together the blog pulls roughly two-thirds of every search click the site receives. That is the library doing the selling before a salesperson is ever involved.
The local layer sits on top of it. Twenty-five city and county pages give each market its own page written for how people there actually search, from Davenport and St. Petersburg through to Sarasota County.
Brand search is covered the same way. Greentek, Greentech, Green Tek, Green Tech — homeowners half-remember the name and type it their own way, and every version lands on the same company.
Photography
A roof is the least photogenic part of a house until somebody shoots it properly. Our team photographs Greentek’s work on site across all three metros — finished installs from the air, solar arrays catching late light, flashing and valley detail close enough to show the standard the crew works to.
Every shoot is planned around what the photos have to do afterwards. Wide drone frames establish the scale of a job, ground-level work shows the crew on the roof, and the detail shots are the ones that answer a homeowner quietly wondering whether these people are careful.
Those stills carry the brand everywhere the video doesn’t reach: the website and its city pages, the Google Business Profile, paid social, and the ad account.
Video Production
A hundred videos in twenty-two weeks is a production schedule, not a campaign. Our crews shoot on Greentek job sites across all three metros: tear-offs and re-decks, solar arrays going up, drone passes that show the scale of a roof, and the close-up detail that tells a homeowner the work was done properly.
As much of it is about the people as the roofs. Crew features, shop days, events and collaborations with other Tampa contractors consistently out-perform the job footage, because a homeowner hiring a roofer is deciding who they want on their property for three days.
Across the reels published since we came on, views run at 2.4 times the number of people reached — the signature of content getting rewatched and passed along rather than simply served.
Every piece is cut for social first and reused everywhere else: the website, the Google Business Profile, paid social and the ad account.
Graphic Design
A hundred videos a season cannot carry a feed on its own. Between the job-site reels runs a line of designed graphics built on the Greentek brand — the roofline mark, the green, the black — so a post reads as theirs across three metros before anyone gets to the words.
They are doing a specific job. Roofing is a trust purchase made by a homeowner who is about to let strangers stand on their house for three days, so the graphics lead with the crew and the standard they work to rather than the product: the best quality for your home, your safety is our standard, more than roofing — we’re protecting families.
The rest carry the proof. The Greentek difference sets out expertise, craftsmanship and customer service as the reason to call, and the high-rise piece is there to make somebody stop scrolling — roofing taken to new heights, literally.
Every one carries the phone number and the free inspection offer, because a graphic that gets remembered and not acted on is only half the work. Across Tampa Bay, Orlando and Lakeland it is the same system as the video, the city pages and the ads — one company, whichever way a homeowner finds them.
We built the whole funnel at once: video that gets Greentek in front of homeowners, a library that catches them the moment they start researching, and tracking that shows exactly which one brought in the lead.
