Moving & Storage · La Porte, IN · TradeUp client since October 2025

Immediate Movers & Storage runs out of La Porte, Indiana, with crews covering Northwest Indiana and long-distance routes down to Florida, Alabama and Georgia. Moving is a phone call business, and it is seasonal, so the only honest way to read the numbers is to hold the season still.

We took over on October 9, 2025. Compare the same four summer months before and after: search clicks up 64%, impressions doubled, and 1,100 first-time phone calls logged on the way.

The Challenge

Nobody searches “moving company”. They search “movers South Bend” or “piano movers La Porte” — and then they pick up the phone. Immediate Movers needed a page for every service and every market the trucks reach, and a site built to generate calls and count them.

Solution

We rebuilt the website around how people actually shop for a mover: 23 service pages from piano moving to secure document storage, and 17 city pages covering every Indiana market the crews serve. Two-thirds of every search click now lands on a city page.

The site is built to produce phone calls and instrumented to count them. Quote forms, financing, FAQs, testimonials and trust seals sit on a rebuilt navigation, and call tracking has logged 1,552 calls since takeover — 452 of them from people who had called before.

Forty videos came out of the engagement: the brand story, the warehouse launch, training and process films, client and realtor testimonials, ad cuts and social edits, plus the stills that run alongside them.

And we went further than marketing. Bi-monthly coaching sessions were integral to building the Hub Network — a referral circle of local trades that Immediate Movers vouches for by name, now live on their site with seven businesses across seven trades and no placement fees.

Website

The site was rebuilt around the way people actually shop for a mover. Twenty-three service pages cover everything the crews do — local and full-service residential, apartments and packing, piano, hot tub, safe and extra-heavy specialty work, office and commercial moves, storage, junk removal, and long-distance runs from Indiana down to Florida, Alabama and Georgia.

Seventeen city pages sit alongside them, one for every Indiana market the trucks reach, because “movers South Bend” is what gets typed and a generic services page never wins it. Two-thirds of every search click the site earns now lands on one of those pages.

The rest of the build exists to turn a visit into a phone call: quote forms, financing, FAQs, testimonials and trust seals on a rebuilt navigation menu, with call tracking wired in so every call can be counted rather than guessed at.

It is also built to be quoted by AI. Structured content and an llms.txt file mean an assistant asked for a mover in Northwest Indiana has something clean to cite.

Photography

Moving is a business people hand their whole house to, so the photography has to make the crew look like the people you would trust with it. We shoot the teams on the job — wrapping furniture, loading trucks, working the warehouse floor — rather than staging anything.

The fleet and the facility do their own work too. Trucks, the storage warehouse and the branded uniforms are what a customer recognises in their street a week after seeing them online.

Those stills run alongside the video across the service and city pages, the Google Business Profile, the social calendar and the paid campaigns.

Video Production

Forty videos in eleven months, starting with the brand story and the warehouse launch — the two pieces that explain who Immediate Movers are and what they have built.

From there it splits between process and proof. Training and process films show exactly how a crew handles a piano, a safe or a full household, which is the reassurance a customer is really shopping for. Client and realtor testimonials do the rest, in the words of people who have already hired them.

The remainder is cut for reach: ad edits for paid campaigns and short social cuts that keep the trucks in front of Northwest Indiana between moves.

All of it is reused across the website, the Google Business Profile and the ad account, which is part of why Direct is the site’s single biggest traffic channel.

We built the whole machine: a page for every service and every town, videos that make the crew worth trusting, call tracking that proves what works, and a partner network that turns one mover into seven trades.
